We now offer the following services through the MOBILE platform:HITThe Unified Electronic Traffic Accident Report of Fortaleza (BATEU) is a service within the AMC TRANSITO application, developed by the Municipal Transit and Citizenship Authority (AMC), to optimize the recording of collisions that have caused only material damage, that is, without victim.
Through this virtual mechanism, it is expected that vehicles are removed from the road more quickly, ensuring greater fluidity in displacements.REMOVED VEHICLE CONSULTATIONAllows consultation on vehicles removed by AMC to the Municipal Deposit during traffic inspection actions.
Through this service, the owner can consult about the status of their vehicle, obtaining information about the removal and the pending fees for its release.DRIVER INDICATIONAllows the vehicle owner to transfer the score resulting from AMC traffic violations to another duly qualified driver.DEFENSE OF CLAIMIt allows the imposition of an appeal against infraction notices applied by the AMC, before a penalty is applied, the citizen receives a Notification of Assessment from which he can make this defense.RESOURCE TO JARIAllows the imposition of appeal at the first instance of judgments of assessments applied by the AMC.
The application is made after the driver receives the penalty notice.
